Our Smoked Salmon are made from sea farmed Atlantic Salmon. Cured with a combination of salt and sugar along with dill and rosemary for a combination of salt, herbs and umami flavor. It is then smoked for up to 10 hours with a combination of imported and local wood that favors fish. Hand carved to give you a combination of salmon, salt and smoke in every bite either in sandwich, spreads or eaten as is. Serves 4
Thaw then use for sandwiches or pasta.
