Remove the Skylark Corned Beef from packaging and place in a large pot along with enough hot water to cover it by at least 1 inch and put the lid on. Add the spice packet that came with your Skylark Corned Beef. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer approximately 100 minutes per Kg or until it is fork tender.
