Saint C Coconut Vinegar
Saint C Pure Coconut Vinegar is made from the nectar of the coconut trees. The sap ferments for 8-12 months, naturally turning it into vinegar. Coconut vinegar has a cloudy white appearance and a slightly milder taste than apple cider vinegar. It can add a touch of sour taste to salad dressings, marinades, soups and warm dishes. Our Pure Coconut Vinegar is certified organic. It has no synthetic acetic acid nor any chemical compounds to hasten fermentation process.
