Saint C Cocomansi
Saint C Cocomansi is our internationally registered saucy blend of certified organic Coconut Aminos combined with our produced Calamansi extract (Philippine Lime). The Coconut Aminos is produced from the sap of the nectar of the coconut palm. The sap is fermented first, cooked, then, blended with sea salt. The gluten-free liquid has a deep flavor akin to soy sauce, but with a tinge of sweetness and less salt. It has a balsamic mellow flavor that will enhance any type of food. This sauce rose to popularity through the Paleo diet, but with its unique flavors, its worth the shelf space in any kitchen, Paleo or not. It is a yummy all-natural healthier alternative to soy sauce.
