Instructions:
- In a small pot, combine the broth and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil over medium fire.
- Add the charsiu and wait for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add in the noodles and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Transfer the noodles to a bowl then slowly add the soup. Top with charsiu, leeks and also a soft boiled egg(optional).
