Add longganisa & water in a pan until water evaporates & then pan fry.
We loved the taste and the right garlicky taste, not so overpowering!
Made me miss the Vigan empanada. It’s very tasty. It shrunk into a smaller size when we cooked it because of the fat. But what was left is very good.
This is great for people who prefers a not too garlicky longganisa :)
