Ersao Taiwanese Restaurant Hongma Braised Beef
Thick slices of pork belly braised with Taiwanese premium soy sauce and other special spices. Serves the best flavor and tender juicy texture. Serves 4
- Thaw the meat by set on the table for ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes.
- Preheat your pan in medium, add the meat (leave the sauce) and sear until meat is completely heat.
- Switch to low heat. Add the remaining sauce and sear until the sauce is sticky.
- Serve with Rice.
