- Thaw longaniza at room temperature. Once thawed, place in a non-stick pan with longaniza half-submerged in water. Heat pan at medium-high and simmer for about 10 minutes or until water evaporates.
- Carefully prick holes on longaniza with toothpick/knife. Use the natural savory oil to fry. Add cooking oil if necessary. Roll longaniza to cook evenly.
- For best results, slice lengthwise (butterfly cut) and continue frying until crispy. Serve with vinegar.
