Thaw longaniza at room temperature. Once thawed, place in a non-stick pan with longaniza half-submerged in water. Heat pan at medium-high and simmer for about 10 minutes or until water evaporates.
Carefully prick holes on longaniza with toothpick/knife. Use the natural savory oil to fry. Add cooking oil if necessary. Roll longaniza to cook evenly.
For best results, slice lengthwise (butterfly cut) and continue frying until crispy. Serve with vinegar.
