Shelf Life + Storage:
4 months (frozen) ,  -12°C or colder

Cooking / Heating Instructions:
Microwave:

  1. Pour frozen contents in a microwaveable container.
  2. Cover and heat for 13-15 minutes at medium to high setting.
  3. Stir halfway.

Stove Top:

 

  1. Transfer frozen contents in a pot.
  2. Cover and heat over medium flame for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally.
