This ring or "navel" shaped pasta dough is made with durum-wheat semolina, eggs & soft-wheat flour type "00". The stuffing is made with ricotta cheese, sautéed porcini mushrooms, Parmiagiano Reggiano cheese & Grana Padano cheese.

Cooking Instructions:
Simply drop frozen pasta in salted boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
