The dough is made with durum-wheat semolina and water. The filling is made with Mortadella, cured ham, pork & beef, ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Grana Padano cheese then sealed in a pillow-shaped pasta dough.
Cooking Tip: A simple Pomodoro tomato sauce with some fresh basil and grated Parmggiano Reggiano cheese
Simply drop frozen pasta in salted boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes.
