Ravioli Tartufo
Ingredients:
4 tbsps butter
500 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Dega Salsa Tartuffata
1 kg pack Canuti Ravioli Al Tartufo Nero
Procedure:
1. Melt butter in low heat.
2. Add in the cooking cream. Stir.
3. Season with salt.
4. Add in the salsa tartuffata. Stir. Set aside.
5. In salted boiling water, cook the Ravioli Al Tartufo Nero for 5 mins. Drain.
6. Mix the raviolis with the truffle cream sauce.
7. Enjoy!
