OUR STORY
Established in 2005, Sebastian's Ice Cream is Manila's first artisanal Ice Cream brand. Starting with just 10 flavors, we have gone on to create dozens of flavors, including original ones like Sapin-Sapin, Champorado & Dilis, and Once in A Blue Moon, some of which have been recreated by other brands.
Along with our Ice Cream, we have developed several frozen novelty lines like Chilly Burgers (Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches), Dive bars (hand-dipped ice cream bars) Fruitsicles (dairy free fruit Sorbet Bars), and Poppits (Ice Cream nuggets)
We here at Sebastian's focus on quality, creativity and innovation, always looking to see what else can be done in the realm of frozen desserts, and striving to be the absolute best while doing it.
