Monte Cristo
Ingredients:
2-3 slices of Purefoods Caramel Glaze Ham
Bizu Tomato and Pesto Focaccia, sliced in half lengthwise and lateral
2 tbsps Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Emborg 3-cheese Bake
Bon Maman Strawberry Preserve
2 eggs
250 ml Cooking Cream
2 tbsps Butter
Powdered sugar
Procedure:
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the focaccia and mustard on the other.
2. Arrange the Purefoods ham slices.
3. Top with Emborg 3-cheese bake.
4. Arrange the bread slices.
5. Mix the cream and the eggs.
6. Dip the sandwich to the egg and cream mixture.
7. Pan fry in melted butter till golden brown.
8. Dust with powdered sugar and finish with Bon Maman Strawberry Preserve.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
