Bolognese Ravioli
Ravioli Bolognese
Ingredients:
2 tbsps olive oil
500 grams ground beef
1 jar of De Cecco Ragu ala Bolognese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 kg pack of Canuti Ravioli ala Bolognese
1/4 cup water
Emborg Shredded Parmesan
Sacla Pesto, as needed.
Procedure:
1. Heat the oil.
2. Brown the ground beef.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add 1 jar of De Cecco Ragu ala Bolognese.
5. Add 1/4 cup water.
6. Simmer for 8-10 mins. Set aside.
7. In boiling salted water, cook the Ravioli ala Bolognese for 5 minutes. Drain.
8. Plate the Ragu ala Bolognese and carefully put the raviolis on top.
9. Finish with small dollops of Sacla Pesto
10. Enjoy!
